About
As a mature woman of color who has experienced childhood sexual trauma, homelessness, and domestic violence, I have an authentic understanding of how we are impacted by painful life circumstances and how building new life skills can be empowering.
I am a licensed master social worker (LMSW) with 2 years of experience providing compassionate, client-centered care. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and older adults as they navigate life challenges. Many of the clients I support experience anxiety, self-doubt, shame, and codependent patterns, often influenced by difficult or narcissistic relationships, and are seeking healthier coping skills to manage life stressors.
I earned my master’s degree in social work from the University of South Carolina. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy to help clients break unhealthy patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with their sense of self-worth.
I provide a safe, supportive space where experiences are honored and your voice is truly heard. For clients who value spirituality, I offer the option to incorporate Christian principles into therapy. I welcome clients of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and cultural backgrounds, and I am here to support you on your path toward healing and growth.

I'm a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with experience in both medical and mental health care, including HIV care. I take a holistic, patient-centered approach and work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and stress. I also support individuals navigating life transitions, chronic conditions, and identity-related challenges, and strive to create an inclusive, supportive environment for all.
I focus on creating a "brave space" where you feel safe, respected, and empowered to share openly. Together, we'll identify your goals and begin developing a personalized plan that supports your mental and emotional well-being. My goal is that you leave your session feeling heard, supported, and confident in the direction we're taking together.
You don't have to have everything figured out before getting support. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you feel heard, and work with you to create a plan that feels right for you. When you're ready, I'd be honored to work with you.

I help clients navigate life’s toughest transitions with clarity and resilience, drawing from my own journey of rebuilding after a life-changing accident and discovering the strength that grows through adversity.
I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with 8 years of clinical experience and a Master of Social Work from Fordham University. As an Air Force Veteran and former locomotive engineer who rebuilt after a life-changing occupational incident, I work with adults in high-stress, high-stakes careers — Veterans, first responders, transportation workers, and professionals navigating trauma, burnout, grief, or major life transitions, and seeking clarity, stability, and direction.
My approach is trauma-informed, direct, and practical. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based tools, and motivational interviewing to help clients process what they've carried, build effective coping strategies, and regain a sense of control. Expect a calm, collaborative space and steady forward movement at your pace.
Reaching out is often the hardest part. Whatever you're carrying right now, you don't have to figure it out alone. When you're ready, I'm here to help you move forward with clarity, steadiness, and a plan that fits your life. Take the next step when the timing is right for you.
