About
I am laid-back, love making people smile, and prefer to meet people where they are, rather than where a provider thinks they should be. This is core to my beliefs, not only as a practitioner, but as a person. Everyone should be treated with basic human dignity.
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 3 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress-related concerns, and life transitions. I work with clients from all walks of life and strive to create a welcoming, collaborative environment where you feel heard and respected as a whole person—not just a diagnosis.
I earned my Master of Science in nursing from the University of Michigan. My background includes psychiatric assessment, medication management, and evidence-based treatment planning. I take a patient-centered approach, emphasizing collaboration, education, and thoughtful care tailored to your unique goals.
If you’ve ever felt dismissed or unsure about seeking care, I want you to know you’re not alone. I am committed to providing compassionate, inclusive support and helping you gain clarity and confidence in managing your mental health. I invite you to schedule a session and take the next step forward.
