I specialize in treating adults managing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and trauma. I utilize a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to customize therapeutic techniques that fit clients’ goals, preferences and needs.

She provides a safe space where you can work through your challenges through role play, exposure therapy, or figuring out an alternative solution together. Lahaysha likes to help her clients get to the root of their problems by showing them that change isn’t just taking you out of your comfort zone, but also a progressive transformation into the person you build yourself up to be. She is here to help build confidence, a more positive self-talk that you can use even when you are not feeling it that day.

Britney Fulp is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of mental health experience. She has worked in inpatient mental health, school-based settings, and private practice. She has walked therapeutically alongside individuals working through trauma, self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, as well as ADHD and autism. Britney believes that the most important aspect of therapy is the therapeutic relationship between the therapist and the client.
Britney has a Master’s in Social Work from Winthrop University. She brings an eclectic approach to therapy, utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.
