Breakup therapy from our Thriveworks Fredericksburg therapists helps people process the loss that comes with a breakup. In addition, it can help them to better understand what was wrong as well as what was right in their relationship so that they’re able to move forward.
Breakup therapy works by offering a safe space for people to explore the pain and changes that can accompany a breakup. It also works by equipping individuals with healthy coping mechanisms such as self-reflection and relaxation techniques to replace harmful (or maladaptive) coping mechanisms.
