About
As someone who believes in the healing power of creativity, I often say, “Music doesn’t eliminate the storm, but it gives us rhythm while we walk through it".
I am a licensed professional counselor of mental health (LPCMH) with 7 years of experience supporting older teens and adults. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and challenges related to forensic system involvement. Many of my clients are seeking relief from overwhelming emotions, healthier relationships, and practical tools to manage life’s waves.
I earned my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Slippery Rock University. My approach is client-centered and flexible, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy to build coping skills, regulate emotions, and process pain in a collaborative and individualized way.
Healing is hard work, but you do not have to do it alone. I bring warmth, humor, and authenticity into our sessions, so growth feels supportive, not intimidating. If you are ready to begin—or even just considering it—I invite you to take the next step and schedule an appointment.

As someone who has experienced anxiety and depression in her own life, I understand the struggle it is going through day to day while dealing with these difficult symptoms and how new coping mechanisms and life skills can impact and improve daily functioning.
I am a licensed professional counselor of mental health with over three years of experience working with diverse clients, primarily teenagers and young adults, while welcoming individuals of all ages. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma. My goal is to help clients navigate difficult emotions, build effective coping skills, and live authentically despite the challenges their symptoms may create. I support individuals facing everyday stressors as well as those working through the impact of past experiences and trauma.
I use an integrative approach, tailoring treatment to each client rather than relying on one modality. I incorporate techniques from CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness to meet individual needs. My style is casual, supportive, and professional, creating a safe environment where clients feel heard, build trust, and engage fully in the therapeutic process.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and the journey can feel like a roller coaster with ups and downs. The good news is you are not alone. My goal is to provide a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. If you're ready to take this ride, I am here and invite you to schedule an appointment with me.

With Thriveworks, Online therapy is an effective alternative to in-person therapy services in which a client can speak to a Thriveworks therapist remotely via online video conferencing. Online sessions are just as effective as in-person treatment, but they can also provide added benefits like reduced travel time, saving money on transportation or childcare, and increased access to care.
Online therapy works much like traditional in-person therapy but takes place through secure video conferencing. Clients can attend Online therapy from any safe place they choose that has access to the internet, whether that be their home or another easily accessible place. Like in-person treatment, a therapist will work with their client to address their concerns, create goals, and establish an effective treatment plan.
There is no best option for online therapy—instead, it’s best to focus on finding a provider that meets your specific needs and with whom you can form a professional connection with.
Yes, online therapy is just as effetive for many clients as in-person sessions.
Online therapy can last for a few months to years depending on the goals and symptoms of the client. The treatment process will be unique to each client and lend itself to their specific concerns, which means that the time it takes to treat them will always be different. Timing is also up to the client themselves; they are free to stop therapy whenever they please, especially if they feel they have reached their goals and addressed their concerns.
At Thriveworks, we accept most major insurance plans, allowing many clients to pay as little as $0–$50 per session with their co-pay. We also offer self-pay options for those out-of-network or without insurance. Self-pay rates for talk therapy range from $160 to $240 for intake sessions and $135 to $195 for follow-ups, depending on your state. For psychiatry services, self-pay intake sessions are $255–$375, with follow-ups ranging from $175–$300, also varying by state. More information on current self-pay costs is available on our pricing page.
