I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with experience providing care across outpatient, emergency, correctional, and community settings. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and individualized to each client's needs. I incorporate medication management, psychoeducation, supportive therapy, and practical coping strategies to promote lasting growth. Clients can expect a nonjudgmental space focused on building resilience, improving functioning, and achieving meaningful personal goals.
