About
I bring my experience as a psychiatric nurse practitioner to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients are heard, understood, and supported with compassionate, evidence-based care.
I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 7 years of experience supporting adults and young adults navigating mental health challenges. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and life transitions. My goal is to help clients find balance, strengthen resilience, and achieve meaningful, lasting change through compassionate, evidence-based care.
I earned my master’s in nursing from Northern Kentucky University. My approach is collaborative and holistic, integrating evidence-based treatment with empathy and active listening. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs and goals.
Seeking support is an important step, and you don’t have to take it alone. I strive to create a safe, structured, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. When you’re ready, I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward greater clarity, stability, and long-term well-being.

I am inspired by the resilience of the human spirit. As Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote, "What lies before you and what lies behind you are tiny matters compared to what lies WITHIN you." I strive to help clients realize how much potential they have within them to face and overcome the difficulties of life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with 10 years of experience, and more than 6 years of experience working as a therapist. I completed my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University and my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Marquette University. I take a strength-based approach with each client, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) in my care.
As a counselor who has been influenced by the work of Dr. Viktor Frankl, I place emphasis on helping clients to create meaning in the midst of difficult circumstances in order to turn tragedies into triumphs.
