About
Focusing on your own health and well-being, often called self-care, is essential for a happier, more resilient, and fulfilling life. It's not selfish; by taking care of yourself, you are better equipped to care for others and manage life's challenges.
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 6 years of experience supporting adults facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, and other mood and thought-related challenges. I provide a warm, grounded space for clients who want to better understand themselves, build emotional balance, and create sustainable change. My goal is to meet each person with clarity, compassion, and evidence-based care.
I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Walden University. My approach blends clinical expertise with a whole-person lens, using evidence-based treatments tailored to individual needs. I work collaboratively with clients to explore symptoms, strengthen insight, and develop practical strategies that support long-term stability and well-being.
I am here to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you navigate what comes next. Together, we will identify your goals and create a plan that meets you where you are. You do not have to face your challenges alone. I would be honored to partner with you in building the healthier, more grounded life you deserve.

I was inspired by my own challenges navigating high functioning depression. I was still performing, still excelling in my career, but lost my sense of joy and identity. Nothing seemed to interest me. I know how difficult it is to carry painful experiences, and to navigate my own healing. Your story matters, but it doesn’t define you. We are layered, diverse, complex individuals. You deserve the opportunity to process, learn, and gradually heal your mind and body. Healing is not linear, and is oftentimes buried in the pain.
Therapy is a collaborative space where we can begin to unpack big feelings, navigate difficult emotions, and work through life's challenging experiences. If you're feeling stuck, numb, overwhelmed, or weighed down by pain, you're not alone. I am a licensed clinical social worker with a master's degree from the University of Michigan and over 12 years of experience. I take a holistic approach to supporting individuals through life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and emotional distress. I believe deeply that your voice matters—and that you matter.
In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and creating space for you to share your story. I'm intentional about fostering warmth, support, accountability, and partnership. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, incorporating CBT, DBT, solution-focused techniques, and somatic interventions.
Our work together will be collaborative and tailored to your evolving needs—because growth is not linear, and it's okay for plans to change as you do. Your story matters. I'm here to listen, support, and gently challenge you along the way.

In building an understanding around the complexities and struggles seen in our world, I've learned that it is very important to have a range of support to lean on atvany stage in life.
Hi, I'm Kelsey. I currently practice in Washington State, with a focus on youth and young adults. I received an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Antioch University Seattle in 2021, and since have gained various experience working in community mental health, child advocacy, university healthcare, and group practice settings. I received full licensure in 2023, having been witness to great supervision and mentorship. I usually work with clients facing struggles with emotional concerns, identity/body issues, loss/grief, trauma, relationship problems, low self-worth, and big life transitions.
My style is warm, creative, and nonchallenging. My approach might include gentle thought restructuring, building coping skills, identity exploration, self-compassion building, and other tools tailored to you or your child's needs. I use a multicultural and systemic lens, collaborating with caregivers, family, other providers, or school supports as needed.
Making the decision to reach out for support is a sign of strength, so thank you for being here! It has been such an honor to witness people grow and reach resiliency, and we are not built to do it alone. I look forward to connecting with you and becoming witness to your journey toward healing, too.

I tailor treatment to each client’s lived experience and unique needs.

She also likes to use some narrative therapy, which is focused on changing the way that you look at your life or problems.
