My name is Joseph and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's of Arts degree in Community Counseling. I have several years of experience working with diverse populations within the mental health care setting. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy along with other evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients with practical skills they can apply to challenging life circumstances.

Diamond Johnson is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 5 years of experience supporting clients through self-esteem issues, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and daily stress. She specializes in person-centered and narrative therapy and works with clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Diamond earned her Master’s in Counseling from the University of Detroit. She uses a compassionate, client-focused approach rooted in narrative and person-centered therapy to create a safe, supportive environment for healing and growth.

Colette Spaulding is a Licensed MSW and has worked for 20 years in the mental health field. She views each client as a whole person, taking a client-centered approach and collaborating with them to match interventions with their particular needs. She has worked with survivors of abuse, domestic violence, and trauma, as well as clients with mood disorders, anxiety and depression, grief, relationship issues, and major life transitions. She utilizes multiple treatment modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as psychodynamic, relational, and existential therapy strategies.

Colette completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Michigan. Her professional experience includes working with culturally diverse populations in urban and rural settings, with a wide variety of mental health issues and challenges. This, coupled with her innate empathy and non-judgmental stance, enables her to provide her clients with the support and guidance they are seeking.
