This is my first enter action with Dr. Harris. What I really appreciated was the amazing listening skills and the willingness to hear me at the same time redirect me and create a plan that we can work on together. For the first time in my life I am not in control. We are planning together and learning each other together. Lastly. I am impressed with how I am able to express my feeling’s and be ok being vulnerable. Letting my guard’s down never felt so safe. It’s ok to not BE OK!

I had a really great experience. She made me feel very comfortable right away, which helped a lot because I was nervous going into the appointment. She listened to everything I had to say and didn’t make me feel rushed or judged at all. I felt like she actually cared about what I was dealing with and wanted to help me figure out the best plan moving forward. It was one of the first times I left an appointment feeling understood, and that meant a lot to me. I’m really glad I found her and I’m looking forward to continuing treatment with her.
