I’m Dr. Rosalind R. Smith, a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about creating a supportive, judgment-free space where you can heal, grow, and work toward becoming the healthiest version of yourself.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Doctorate in Community Care and Counseling: Traumatology and six years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, and trauma—concerns that often affect both personal well-being and relationships.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in unconditional positive regard—creating a space where you feel accepted, seen, and valued. To meet each person's needs, I draw from evidence-based approaches including Motivational Interviewing, CBT, REBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative and supportive environment where your goals guide our work. I view therapy as a process of growth and self-discovery—one that helps you unlock your potential, build resilience, and embrace change. Leah Bridges is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 4 years of experience in the mental health field. She enjoys working with teens, adolescents, and adults on their journey to healing and fulfillment. Leah also works with others to provide resources that allow individuals to enrich themselves. Leah specializes in anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, grief, and major life transitions, as well as offering Christian counseling. Her clients set the pace of their journey and she supports them every step of the way. Leah obtained a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.
Leah utilizes multiple treatment approaches, including dialectical behavior therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy to name a few. Leah's experience as a probation officer has helped her to have empathy and compassion when working with individuals from different walks of life.
