Christina Lynch is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Child Mental Health Specialist (LMHC, CMHS)  who has 10 years of experience partnering with children, adolescents, and adults seeking help with behavioral issues, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and trauma. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Eastern Washington University and received her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from California State University Bakersfield.  

Christina utilizes strengths-based, person-centered (PCT), cognitive behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavioral (DBT), and solutions-focused (SFT) approaches to therapy. Christina does not prescribe to a one size fits all method and will work collaboratively with individuals to find the tools and approaches to best meet the unique needs of every individual she works with.

Meredith Cone is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 4 years of experience providing support to cisgender women and all gender diverse adults (18+) navigating challenges including suicidal thoughts, trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, and relationships. Before working as a mental health therapist, Meredith lived in Central America and worked for an international organization whose mission and initiatives promoted health equity in underserved communities. Meredith has also practiced in a wide range of educational settings and has committed herself to supporting organizations prioritizing the health of women and gender-expansive individuals.

Meredith received her Master of Social Work from the University of Washington. She draws from several theoretical orientations including dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, feminist therapy, and motivational interviewing. Meredith understands that finding the right therapist can be daunting. Her goal is to provide a safe space to promote increased self-awareness, aid in emotional processing, and support clients in discarding narratives and beliefs that have diminished their sense of worth and self-respect.
