About
"We are born in relationship, we are wounded in relationship, and we can be healed in relationship." – Dr. Harville Hendrix
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with 3 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, couples, and families. My background also includes over 15 years in the healthcare field, which has strengthened my ability to help people improve their relationships with themselves, their partners, and their families. My work focuses on helping clients recognize and transform recurring patterns, reduce blame and shame, and create healthier ways of relating that foster understanding, compassion, and connection.
I earned my master’s in marriage and family therapy from Regis University. I use a humanistic, systemic, and experiential approach, integrating emotionally focused therapy, internal family systems, the Gottman method, and relational life therapy to help clients understand and change unhelpful patterns in their lives.
If you struggle with conflict, disconnection, or communication challenges, you’re not alone. It takes courage to ask for support, and taking that step is the first part of healing. I would be honored to walk beside you as you navigate your journey toward growth, self-awareness, and more fulfilling relationships. Let’s work together toward meaningful change.

Panic attack disorder therapy is a specialized therapeutic approach designed to help individuals suffering from recurrent and debilitating panic attacks. During therapy sessions, individuals work closely with trained Thriveworks Westminster therapists to identify and understand the triggers and thought patterns that contribute to their panic attacks. Through panic attack disorder therapy, individuals learn to manage their anxiety, develop coping strategies, and regain control over their lives, ultimately leading to a reduction in the severity of panic attacks.
Panic attack disorder therapy often utilizes cognitive-behavioral techniques like exposure therapy and relaxation exercises to help individuals manage and mitigate panic attacks. These methods involve desensitizing triggers, reducing physical and emotional symptoms, and challenging irrational thought patterns to empower individuals to recognize, control, and reduce the frequency and intensity of panic attacks.
Panic attack disorder therapy at Thriveworks is conducted both in person and through Online therapy. We encourage you to choose the option that works best for you.
Panic attack disorder therapy may last for a variable amount of time, depending on the individual’s unique needs.

In the time when you are not having an attack, you are worried about the next attack. There is no chance to relax or feel relief from panic. You may alter your schedule and life so much that it negatively affects your career, relationships, family, and social life. You may start to avoid leaving the house, sever ties with friends, and create distance from those you love. Unfortunately, these attempts to prevent an attack rarely work, and you are left feeling defeated and alone.
Thriveworks Westminster counselors are leaders in their field. They are able to use many different techniques in order to help you find relief from panic disorder. We can help you learn relaxation techniques, focused breathing methods, avoid caffeine, alcohol, and smoking.
Also, we can use cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as exposure therapy, to help you overcome panic disorder.
