Eshika Alagala is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with 3 years of experience supporting individuals ages 5 through 60 with mental health challenges including anger, ADHD, grief, life transitions, gender identity, family conflict, and domestic abuse. Eshika has worked with diverse populations, including inmates in correctional facilities, children in foster care, the LGBTQ+ community, and adolescents and adults facing challenges such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. She creates a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges and achieve personal growth.
Eshika received her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Her therapeutic toolkit includes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, person-centered therapy, Gestalt therapy, existential therapy, family therapy, attachment-focused interventions, and art and play therapies.
