We also offer self-pay options for those out-of-network or without insurance. Self-pay rates for talk therapy range from $160 to $240 for intake sessions and $135 to $195 for follow-ups, depending on your state. For psychiatry services, self-pay intake sessions are $255–$375, with follow-ups ranging from $175–$300, also varying by state. I really liked Meaghan, she was very helpful at defusing when things got a bit hostile. She focused on the major issues and the small frustrating things happening between us. I wish we could come more often! I didn’t like the fact that we stressed to the receptionist that we needed later appointments due to Keith’s jobs but she told us that we had to come early just for this appointment and each one after that would be later. She scheduled us with a therapist who does have late appointments which makes no sense at all after stressing that we picked Their on the bases of having those late appointment options.
