I teach Cognitive Reframing, which allows the patient to see things in a new light. I also teach my patients about cognitive distortions, which enables them to understand how their thoughts are being manipulated by symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Clients will begin to come to life again! It might start with them having fewer negative comments about the past week, or something as small as improving their sleep schedule. Just their ability to take small steps is a sign their symptoms are abetting.

For psychiatry services, self-pay intake sessions are $255–$375, with follow-ups ranging from $175–$300, also varying by state.
