Davis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience helping children, teens adults, couples, and families cope with everyday stressors, navigate relationships, and manage symptoms related to anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, and low self-esteem. Natasha completed both their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology at William Paterson University of New Jersey and continued to achieve their Master of Education (M.Ed) in Professional Counseling in Clinical Mental Health at William Paterson University of New Jersey. They utilize cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, emotionally focused, and interpersonal approaches to therapy, keeping in mind the unique background of each client. Natasha draws on their experience working with diverse populations in order to apply an empathic and culturally sensitive perspective towards the current goals and needs of their clients.

She applies a variety of counseling approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, Christian counseling, play therapy, and expressive arts.
