By understanding the chain of events leading up to problematic behaviors, clients can develop insights into their triggers and develop more adaptive coping strategies.
  • Commitment to treatment and target hierarchy: I work collaboratively with clients to establish treatment goals and prioritize targets for intervention based on a target hierarchy. Clients are encouraged to commit to treatment and actively participate in the therapeutic process, taking ownership of their recovery journey.
