I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 2 years of experience supporting clients across the lifespan. I work with individuals navigating mood disorders, anxiety, depression, autism, OCD, and everyday stressors. In our work together, we focus on building healthier routines, strengthening coping skills, and creating a sense of balance and well-being that fits your life.
I earned my master’s degree in nursing from Duquesne University of the Holy Spirit and specialize in medication management with supportive psychotherapy when helpful. I teach clients how to identify adaptive coping skills to manage and reduce depressive symptoms and provide psycho education on the mechanisms behind their behaviors, motivation, and emotional experiences.

Clients can supplement their time in depression counseling with daily movement! By movement I mean physical activity of any kind that feels good including but not limited to stretching, dancing, walking, practicing yoga, running, and/or hiking.
Leading up to your first depression counseling session it would be useful to keep a daily log of your symptoms and level of depression to provide your clinician with an accurate baseline of where you are starting from.

For psychiatry services, self-pay intake sessions are $255–$375, with follow-ups ranging from $175–$300, also varying by state. We currently share a building with Our Serenity Therapeutic Massage, and our office is neighbored by Purevon.
